All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and checked, we’ll promptly process your refund to your original payment method.

FAQ

When will my order arrive?

All UK orders include free next-day delivery. Orders placed before 5.45pm weekdays and 11am Saturdays are dispatched the same day, while those placed after the cutoff times will be shipped the following working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email including a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Can I return a product?

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are unopened, unused, and within their original packaging. To return an item, please get in touch via support@pouchcentral.co.uk or by completing the contact form below.
